Services Offered:

Individual juice and wine chemical analyses
are available. In addition, panels of
chemical analyses, which are grouped
according to the stage of winemaking, are
offered at reduced pricing. Consultation
involving the interpretation of lab results
and appropriate winemaking decisions are
also available. Results are delivered with
rapid turnaround by email or fax.
Accuracy of Results:

We make every effort to provide accurate
results in a timely manner. In-house
standardization is systematically performed.
To ensure quality, we routinely compare our
results to those of industry standard ETS
labs in St. Helena, California.
