range of winemaking
consulting and lab analyses
are available. All results are
guaranteed to be strictly
confidential.
Harvest 2008 was Erica's
eleventh harvest in wine
production. She has worked
at wineries in Napa Valley,
Burgundy, and Australia.
Since 2005 she has been
making wine in Washington
state. In addition to a
master's degree in enology
from UC Davis, Erica has a
bachelor's degree in
biochemistry from UC
Berkeley. Sensing a need for
high-quality, independent,
local analytical services in
the Seattle area, Erica started
her lab analysis and
consulting business in August
of 2006.
